Thinking of you pappa, I'm going to miss you so much but I will listen out for you at all times, you had so much knowledge and advice about life, at times I didn't agree with you but as I get older I seem to understand more what you meant. Be happy with everyone you love in the Afterlife and know that we are OK, we will take care of eachother and the grandkids and greatgrandkids. I'm sure you can see them all now. Thank you for protecting us even when we hated you for it. I get it now. Love you forever until we meet again, be at peace dad️

Kia Ora Uncle Tom
So sad to hear of your passing..............but now you are free of pain
Give my love to Aunty Whina and my Mum and brother Robert and all our whanau
I always remember when yous moved back to New Zealand how you would put a mattress on the garage roof at 23 Wayne Drive Mangere to sun bathe hahaha
It still makes me laugh and remember those good memories
And the time you went hunting with the uncles down Murupara and your horse wouldnt go through the gate
So you hopped off the horse and tried to push it through the gate from behind
I know you loved your time down there hunting and enjoying a beer
Take care always
Never forgotten Love Lyle
Uncle Tom you are now free of your earthly body, standing & walking tall, handsome & healthy in the celestial paradise alongside Aunty Whina & your family on the otherside. I always loved how my name sounded when you spoke it whether to praise or give me counsel. Your memory remains very much alive, as does Aunty Whina's through your daughter's & mokopuna. Love you Uncle Tom. xxx
Sleep now Pappa ... rest and be young again. Dance with mum and take care of her for us. You and mum have taught us to be strong and for you we will be. We loved you always and will do so forever. Forever in our hearts xxx
